At Cargobot, we get a lot of repeat questions from carriers about how our services and the Cargobot App work. We've compiled 14 of the most common questions.

1. What exactly is Cargobot, and how does it work?

Cargobot is a free app. We connect carriers with shippers and details about loads to be moved. Cargobot makes 10 percent on any load carried by a carrier using the CargoBot app.

Carriers can negotiate rates with shippers knowing they will have to set aside a 10 percent margin as a Cargobot fee.

2. Why can't I ever find any loads listed in my state?

Carriers using Cargobot are typically looking for shippers and loads for a particular state. Sometimes, they don't see loads in and out of a particular state appearing on our app or load board.

At Cargobot, we're continually loading new shipper information and loads onto our app. App users unable to find loads in a particular state should check back periodically to see if the shipper and state load of interest to them is available. We will also send email notifications as new loads become available, depending on your trailer type.

Our load board is constantly expanding and, we hope, you will soon find load opportunities matching your needs.

3. I haven't yet seen any loads appear on the Cargobot App after repeatedly checking in for several days — what's up with that?

If loads are not appearing on the app when you log in, we most likely haven't received your insurance information, and your registration cannot be completed.

Send in your insurance details and you will see loads on the app after we have verified your insurance information.

4. Does Cargobot offer information on any loads that don't require trailers for carriers working only with trucks?

Currently, we do not post loads that do not require trailers.

5. What are the requirements to sign up for Cargobot?

Cargobot users do not have to pay any fee. To use our app, carriers must show they have active USDOT or MC numbers, valid cargo insurance, and liability insurance.

6. Does Cargobot post information on loads for sprinter vans, cargo vans, or straight trucks?

Currently, we do not post loads for sprinter vans, cargo vans, or straight trucks.

7. What should I do if I'm having problems logging in to the Cargobot App?

App users who have problems logging in should contact us and let us know what the issue is. Our team will resolve the issue with your account as quickly as possible so that you will be able to log in. Customer Service (855) 902-4694

8. Does Cargobot provide information on dry loads or reefer loads?

Yes! Cargobot posts both dry loads and reefer loads.

9. Are any fees charged for monthly use of Cargobot or for a shipper to post details about a load?

No fees are charged for either carriers who look for loads on the Cargobot App or shippers who post details about a load using the app.

10. Does Cargobot post information about open or closed car transporters?

At this time, Cargobot does not provide posts on the app involving the transportation of cars.

11. Are loads posted as flatbed or step deck loads?

Cargobot posts loads that can be either flatbed or step deck loads.

12. Is it possible for you to send me a snapshot of load boards?

We do not send out snapshots of our loads. However, you can download our app and send in your insurance information to view our available loads. There is no commitment to download the app and register.

13. How do I get the Cargobot App on my phone?

14. How long after I sign up through the App can I view loads and start working?
